Do you journal? It's such a calming activity that can also keep you focussed on goals and the day ahead. You can use it to track physical things and use it for mental health check ins too.


As winter draws to a close new goals begin to emerge it's important to acknowledge the new and focus on spring beginnings.


I'm a huge fan of journalling and have picked my best bits for checking in with myself. You can do this on a day-to-day basis or weekly - whatever you see fit.
